In Northern Michigan, your 1:1 sessions are available in-person!

Energy Healing and Bodywork sessions to heal the root cause of destructive patterns and release core wounds while restoring flow, balance, and nervous system regulation. Personalized intuitive sessions are held every Monday at the Vogue Salon & Spa in Petoskey and Harbor Springs.

Intuitive Readings and Spiritual Life Coaching available in-person, near downtown Petoskey.

Private Zoom sessions available every Sunday & Tuesday.

Community Offerings: Yoga, Meditation, Breathwork & Sound Healing

Sunday: Vibe check & energetic reset. Every week we hold space for yoga, breathwork, sound bath and community. Subscribe for weekly schedule!

Tuesday: 10:30 Slow Flow at Yoga Roots, downtown Petoskey. All levels and abilities welcome.

Private Yoga Class

$200/hr

In-studio at Yoga Roots or on-location, book a private yoga class to elevate your experience or deepen your yoga practice.

Private classes are all about you and your group, with templates for customizable themes, personalized props, individualized attention, privacy and time for questions, assists, modifications for all abilities and a class curated just for you.
